We reserve the right to store any personal data that you entrust us with for the purposes of statistical analysis and to ensure that we give you the best possible service, but we promise here and now that no information that you give to us is will be kept unnecessarily, that it will never be passed on to other parties except where UK law absolutely requires it (such as a criminal investigation) and that we will never use your personal information for marketing purposes.
Whilst we adhere closely to the Data Protection Act in all respects, we go further by ensuring that any personal information you provide is transmitted digitally and is not stored unless completely necessary. We store all personal data in encrypted records on secure servers.
